Screen Printing
Best for bulk orders that require a durable, cost-effective result. Screen printing produces bold, vibrant colors that hold up through repeated washing. Ideal for simple designs with 1 to 3 colors, with the per-unit price dropping significantly at higher quantities.
Direct-to-Garment (DTG)
Best for detailed designs and full-color capability. DTG prints directly onto fabric, making it ideal for complex artwork, photographs, gradients, and multicolored designs. Works best on cotton and cotton-blend garments.
Digital Printing
Quick turnaround and great for smaller runs. DTF transfers are printed on film and heat-pressed onto the garment, producing full-color results on virtually any fabric. No setup fees and no color limits make this our most flexible printing method.
How to Design Your Custom Apparel
You do not need to be a designer to get great results. Here is how the process works:
- Step 1: Upload your design. Submit your logo, artwork, or concept through our quote form. We accept most file types, including PNG, PDF, AI, and PSD.
- Step 2: Connect with your project manager. Unlike online-only print shops, every TW order is managed by a dedicated team member. Your project manager will review your artwork, offer placement guidance, and make sure your t-shirt design looks right before production.
- Step 3: Use templates or inspiration. Not sure where to start? We can provide template layouts and design ideas to help you build your custom apparel from scratch. Our design team includes up to 30 minutes of free artwork support with every order.
- Step 4: Approve and produce. Once you approve your proof, we move straight into production. No surprises, no guesswork.
